§ 9-1.1004. Prior Occupancy.

If any building or structure is occupied prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy or Temporary Certificate of Occupancy as required by Section 9-1.902 or 9-1.903 of this chapter, the Building Official shall have the authority to request the immediate discontinuance of the electrical service and/or the gas service by the appropriate utility.
