§ 7-3.108.3. Insurance Requirements: Fixed-Base Operators.

All fixed-base operators shall provide the Finance Director with evidence of insurance coverage in the amount and form as approved by the City's Risk Manager. Such amounts shall be set forth from time to time by resolution of the City Council.
