§ 7-3.108.2. Insurance Requirements: Motor Vehicles and Motorized Equipment on Air Operations Areas of Airport Premises.

Every person or entity permitted to operate a motor vehicle or motorized equipment upon the air operations areas of Modesto City-County Airport/Harry Sham Field, as such air operations areas are designated in the Airport Security Plan adopted by the City Council, shall provide the Finance Director with evidence of insurance coverage in the amount and form as approved by the City's Risk Manager. Such amounts shall be set forth from time to time by resolution of the City Council.
