§ 5-9.214. Term of Permit.

(a)

Permits issued under the provisions of the section shall be valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of issuance and shall be renewable annually.

(b)

An application for renewal for an "escort" or "figure model" permit shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable filing fee, as established by resolution adopted by the City Council from time to time.
