§ 5-9.213. Revocation or Suspension of Permits.

After following the procedure in Section 5-9.205, the Police Chief may revoke or suspend an "escort" or "figure model" permit for conviction of any crimes specified in Section 5-9.211(c)(5) and (6). The decision of the Police Chief shall be in writing and shall be mailed postage prepaid to the escort or figure model.
