§ 5-5.115. Hours of Collection.

(a)

No collections shall be made in residential districts, as shown on the Zoning Map of the City of Modesto, or at schools, churches, hospitals, offices or commercial establishments in or adjacent to said residential district except between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. year round.

(b)

Collections may be made in commercial areas when not adjacent to residential areas between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday.

(c)

No collection shall be made from premises in residential or commercial areas other than described in subsections (a) and (b) of this section except when prior approval has been given by the Public Works Director.
