§ 2-2.02. Preparation of Ordinances.

All ordinances shall be prepared in writing by the City Attorney. No ordinance shall be prepared for presentation to the Council unless ordered by a majority vote of the Council or requested in writing by the City Manager, or prepared by the City Attorney on his own initiative.
