§ 9-9.304. Grading and Drainage.

Latest version.

All premises shall be graded and maintained to prevent any of the following:
(a)

The erosion of soil;

(b)

The accumulation of stagnant water thereon; and

(c)

The drainage of water onto neighboring properties.

Exception:
Approved retention areas and reservoirs.
