The codes and standards referenced in the Building, Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical
Codes of the City of Modesto (Chapters 1, 2, 3, and 7 of Title 9 the Modesto Municipal Code, respectively) shall be considered part of the requirements
of this Code to the prescribed extent of each such reference. Where differences occur
between provisions of this Code and the referenced standards, the provisions of this
Code shall apply.
