§ 9-1.1909. Right of Appeal.

Any person having any record title or legal interest in the building may appeal from any action or decision of the Building Official under this title by filing at the office of the Building Official within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of that action or decision of the Building Official, a written appeal. Said appeal shall be in accordance with Sections 9-1.1307 -9-1.1311 of this Code.
