§ 9-11.1004. Prior Occupancy.

If any building or structure is occupied prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy or Temporary Certificate of Occupancy as required by Section 9-11.902 or 9-11.904 of this Chapter, the Building Official shall have the authority to request the immediate discontinuance of the electrical service and/or the gas service by the appropriate utility.
