§ 8-3.603. Effect of Invalidity or Repeal of SB 7 and/or LC 1782.

Section 8-3.601 shall be of no further effect and shall not be enforced in the event SB 7 as approved October 13, 2013 and/or Labor Code Section 1782 is, for any reason, held to be invalid or inapplicable to charter cities by any court of competent jurisdiction or is otherwise repealed.
