§ 8-2.706. Taxes: When Payable.

The taxes imposed by Section 8-2.705 of this article shall be due and payable upon application to the City for a building permit for the construction of any such dwelling unit or mobile home space; provided, however, that there shall be a refund of such taxes in the event the building permit is not approved, or is not used, for such construction.
