§ 8-2.501. Disposition of Proceeds.

All moneys received by the City under or pursuant to the provisions of Article 4 of Chapter 2 of Title 8 of the Modesto Municipal Code shall be deposited as follows:
(a)

All of said moneys shall be deposited and paid into the General Fund of the City; except that

(b)

The Council, by resolutions adopted from time to time, may direct that up to half of said money shall be paid into the Special Capital Outlay Fund and shall be expended solely for capital outlays.
