§ 8-2.1106. Registration with Tax Administrator.

(A)

Each operator of any cannabis business operating in the City shall register the business with the tax Administrator and obtain from him or her a cannabis business tax license prior to the commencement of any business operations, which shall be at all times posted in a conspicuous place on the premises.

(B)

The license shall, among other things, state the following:

1.

The name of the business;

2.

The address of the business;

3.

The date upon which the license shall expire.
