§ 8-1.403. Moneys To Be Placed in Fund.

Latest version.

All moneys received from the State Housing Rehabilitation Loan Fund will be deposited in said fund. All interest earnings earned by loans made from said fund and all miscellaneous money received as a direct result of fund operations will be deposited in said fund.
