§ 7-3.502. Amount.

Any person who shall violate or refuse to abide by any of the provisions of this chapter or any of the rules and regulations set forth herein or such additional rules established by resolution of the Council or field regulations imposed by the Airport Manager, or any of the provisions of law incorporated therein or herein, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment in the County Jail of the County of Stanislaus for not more than six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
