§ 7-3.413. Operators of Commercial Services and Concessions.

Operators of services or activities other than those enumerated herein may be termed a concession upon Resolution of the Council. Operators of such concessions shall be subject to all other rents herein provided and shall pay in addition to the City, a minimum of two and one-half (2-½) per cent of the gross monthly income from said concession.
