§ 7-3.204. Landings.

  • (a)

    All aircraft approaching the Modesto City-County Airport for landing shall fall in the line of traffic and skirt the field to a point where a landing can be made in the direction indicated by the traffic direction indicator and with a straight glide beginning at least one thousand (1,000) feet distant from the leeward end of the landing area, except as set forth in subsection (b) of this section.

    (b)

    Ultralight vehicles approaching the Modesto City-County Airport for landing will comply with the approach patterns established by the Air Traffic Control facility having jurisdiction of the airspace.
