§ 7-3.113. Flight Instructors.

No person shall hold himself out as a flight instructor or give flight instruction unless he has a valid and subsisting flight instructor rating, is registered with the Airport Manager and holds a permit as a fixed-base operator at the Modesto City-County Airport or is employed by a fixed-base operator at the Modesto City-County Airport.
