§ 7-3.108. Insurance Requirements: Commercial Aircraft.

All commercial aircraft owners or operators permitted use of Modesto City-County Airport/Harry Sham Field shall provide the Finance Director with evidence of insurance coverage in the amount and form as approved by the City's Risk Manager. Such amounts shall be set forth from time to time by resolution of the City Council.
