§ 7-3.107. Use of Airport, User's Risk.

The privilege of using the airport and its facilities shall be conditioned on the assumption of full responsibility and risk by the user thereof and he shall release, hold harmless and indemnify the City, the Council, their officers and employees from any liability or loss resulting from such use as well as against claims of third persons against the person using the airport.
