§ 7-3.105. Open for Public Use at All Hours.

The airport shall be open for public use at all hours of the day and night subject to the rules and regulations set forth herein, the payment of fees, and subject to such restrictions due to inclement weather, the condition of the landing area, the presentation of special events and like causes, as may be determined by the Airport Manager.
