The City may, by order of the Director, suspend sewage service or waste hauler discharge
service when such suspension is necessary, in order to stop an actual or impending
discharge which presents or may present an imminent or substantial endangerment of
the health, safety, and welfare of persons, or to the environment, or may cause interference
with the City's sewerage facilities, or may cause the City to violate any State or,
federal Law or regulation. An emergency suspension order is final and not appealable.
