§ 5-6.502. Spill Containment Facilities.

All users shall provide spill containment for protection against discharge of prohibited materials or other wastes regulated by this chapter. Such protection shall be designed to secure the discharge and to prevent it from entering into the system in accordance with reasonable engineering standards. Such facilities shall be provided and maintained at the user's expense.
