§ 5-6.404. Imposition of More Stringent Requirements.

In the event the City determines that it is necessary, in order to comply with the objectives of this chapter, to impose more stringent limitations or requirements on discharges to the wastewater disposal system than are set forth in an existing Wastewater Discharge Permit, the City shall have the authority to require modifications of an existing Wastewater Discharge Permit to incorporate such limitations or requirements.
