§ 5-6.215. Limitations on Disposal of Spent Industrial Solutions and Sludges.

(a)

Spent solutions, sludges, and materials of quantity or quality in violation of, or prohibited by this chapter, or any permit issued under this chapter must be disposed of in a legal manner at a legally acceptable point of disposal as defined by the City or appropriate regulatory agency. All waste manifests shall be retained for a minimum of three (3) years, and shall be made available to the agency upon request.

(b)

No person shall batch dump, except as allowed by permit.
