§ 5-6.204. Limitations on Unpolluted Water.

  • (a)

    Unpolluted water, such as single pass cooling water, shall not be discharged directly or indirectly to the City's sewerage facilities except as provided herein. The City may approve the discharge of such water only when no alternative method of disposal or reuse is reasonably available and the discharge is necessary to mitigate an environmental risk or health hazard.

    (b)

    If the discharge of such water into a public sewer is approved, the user shall pay any applicable charges established and shall meet such other conditions as required by the City.
