Each collector engaging in the collection of solid waste and industrial garbage shall
provide the Finance Director with evidence of insurance coverage in the amount and
form as approved by the City's Risk Manager. Such amounts shall be set forth from
time to time by resolution of the City Council and shall be the same for all collectors.
