§ 5-5.122. Delinquent Fees.

(a)

Penalty. To all fees not paid within thirty (30) days following the close of the preceding quarter there shall be added a penalty of five (5) percent of the amount of fees due per month or fraction thereof until paid. The maximum penalty imposed on any one (1) delinquency occurring heretofore or hereafter shall not exceed twenty-five (25) percent of the amount of service agreement fees due.

(b)

Interest. In addition to any penalties imposed by this section, delinquent service agreement fees heretofore or hereafter occurring shall be subject to interest at the rate of seven (7) percent per annum until paid.
