§ 5-4.302. Ratproofing Premises.

Ratproofing within the meaning of this article shall consist of adequately covering or sealing all holes or means of ingress to said premises by which rats can enter in and upon said premises, save and except properly constructed and protected doors, windows and ventilating shafts. All costs of eliminating rats and rat proofing shall be borne by the person owning or in lawful possession of the premises rat proofed or from which said rats are eliminated.
