§ 5-4.301. Extermination.

  • Whenever in the opinion of the Health Officer of the City, it is determined that any building in said City contains rats in a number or of a kind dangerous to the health and welfare of the citizens of said City, said building shall be deemed to be a public health nuisance within the meaning of this article, and the person upon whose premises said rats are located shall be required to exterminate them, and shall further be required, upon order of the Health Officer to rat proof the premises designated by said Health Officer to be a public health nuisance.
