§ 5-3.01. Cream Pies, Cream Puffs, Etc.: Refrigeration.

All cream pies, cream puffs, chocolate eclairs, chiffon mixtures, pastry mixtures containing custard or cream fillings, whether made from eggs, milk or cornstarch, and all other food products capable of supporting pathogenic bacteria shall be kept under refrigeration at fifty (50) degrees Fahrenheit, or below, at all times.
