§ 5-10.314. Transferability.

A Grading and Erosion Control Permit shall not be transferable or assignable from one (1) person to another, unless approved by the City Engineer and the person to whom the permit is to be transferred agrees to comply with the requirements of the original permit and to any conditions imposed therein.
