§ 5-10.306. Right of Entry.

Whenever any portion of the work requires entry onto adjacent property for any reason, the applicant shall obtain the written consent of the adjacent property owner or his or her authorized representative, and shall file a copy of such consent with the City Engineer before a permit for such work may be issued.
