§ 4-7.404. Enforcement Authority.

The Chief of Police and the police force of the City are hereby required and requested to suppress the practices forbidden by Sections 4-7.401 and 4-7.402 hereof and to abate any such nuisance as is described in Sections 4-7.401 and 4-7.402 of this Code.
