Upon receipt of an application from the person required to construct said improvements
and an agreement by such person that he/she will comply with the requirements if allowed
additional time, the Community and Economic Development Director may, in his/her discretion,
grant an extension of time, not to exceed an additional one hundred twenty (120) days,
within which to complete said improvements.
