The Community and Economic Development Director shall give at least thirty (30) days'
notice in writing to the owner(s) of said parcel(s) to construct said improvements.
Said notice shall set forth the location of the parcel, the improvements to be constructed,
and the number of the resolution approving the parcel map and the volume and page
at which the parcel map is recorded in the Stanislaus County Records. Said notice
shall be deemed to have been delivered five (5) days after deposit in the United States
mail.
