§ 4-4.1002. Amendment of Maps.

Latest version.
  • After a parcel map or final map is recorded in the office of the County Recorder, the map may be amended to make minor modifications provided it is shown by the subdivider and the City Council finds, after public hearing, that:

    (a)

There are changes in circumstances which make any or all of the conditions of such a map no longer appropriate or necessary; and

    (b)

The modifications do not impose any additional burden on the present fee owner of the property; and

    (c)

The modifications do not alter any right, title, or interest in the real property reflected on the recorded map; and

    (d)

The map as modified conforms to the provisions of Government Code Section 66474.

Any such modification for a parcel map or final map shall be set for public hearing before the City Council as provided for in Government Code Section 66451.3. The public hearing shall be confined to consideration of and action on the proposed modifications.
