The applicant shall also deposit with the City Clerk a cash deposit or a savings and
loan certificate and share in a form approved by the City Attorney in accordance with
Article 6 of Chapter 4 of Title 2 of this Code sufficient to cover the cost to the City as estimated by the Public
Works Director, of trimming, moving, removing or replanting of trees and/or shrubs,
and of moving, removing, or displacing any pole or other structure, supporting any
wires, cables or other equipment belonging to the City or the cutting, displacing
or changing the location of any wire, cable or other equipment upon said poles or
structures belonging to the City.
