§ 4-1.427. Duration of Permit.

(a)

Except as provided below, a permit issued pursuant to this article shall be valid for two (2) years from the date it was issued subject to any conditions or restrictions existing at the time it was issued with the exception of special event permits.

(b)

A permit issued pursuant to this article for a special event shall be valid for the term stated in the permit.
