§ 4-1.422. Time Limit for Obtaining Permit Following Adoption.

All premises required to obtain an entertainment establishment permit pursuant to this article must obtain a permit within twelve (12) months of the effective date of the ordinance codified in this article; failure so to do shall make continued operation of said place of entertainment a violation of Section 4-1.406 hereof.
