§ 4-1.1104. Appeal to City Council.

Any applicant whose application is denied in whole or in part shall have the right to receive a notice in writing which specifies the reasons for the denial and shall have the right to file a written appeal to the City Council pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 4 of Title 1 of this Code.
