§ 4-1.1016. Bingo Games Open to Public.

All bingo games shall be open to the public. All bingo games, equipment, facilities and property shall be open to inspection by members of the Police Department, Fire Department, Health Department, City of Modesto code enforcement officers and/or building inspection officers or officials.
