§ 4-1.1013. Posting of License.

An organization granted a permit pursuant to this article shall not conduct or permit to be conducted a bingo game unless said license is posted in a conspicuous place during the conduct of such game. The licensee shall produce and exhibit the same, when applying for renewal of said license, and whenever requested do to so by any peace officer, code enforcement officer or officer authorized by the City to issue or inspect the premises.

Every person engaged in the conduct or operation of a bingo game shall wear an identification badge of a type and form required by the Police Chief and issued by the Modesto Police Department.
