§ 4-15.106. Issuance of outdoor dining encroachment permit.

(a)

No permit shall be issued until the permit applicant has paid the required application fee(s) associated with a one-time fee for the permit. The amount of the permit fee is in an amount as shall be set forth from time to time by resolution of the City Council.

(b)

No permit shall be issued until the applicant has complied with the Modesto Municipal Code and other applicable City standards as amended from time to time.

(c)

The permittee shall display a copy of the permit within the business establishment in an area clearly visible.
