§ 3-7.04. Public Services to be Rendered as Ordered by Chief.

Members shall perform only such public service as a member of the Reserve as may be ordered by the Chief, and it shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully resist, delay, or obstruct any member in the discharge or the attempt to discharge any duties of his office.
