§ 3-7.01. Definitions.

Whenever the following terms are used in this chapter, they shall have the meaning ascribed to them in this section, unless otherwise apparent from the context.
(a)

"Chief" shall mean Chief of Police;

(b)

"Reserve" shall mean the Modesto Police Reserve;

(c)

"Member" shall mean a member of the Modesto Police Reserve.
