§ 3-3.08. Transfers and Changes of Address.

(a)

Whenever the owner of a bicycle, licensed pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, sells or otherwise disposes of the bicycle, the owner shall, within ten (10) days of the time of such sale or disposition, notify the Police Department thereof.

(b)

Any person who purchases or otherwise acquires possession of a bicycle licensed pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall, within ten (10) days of taking possession thereof, apply to the Police Department for the transfer of the license to his name.

(c)

Whenever the owner of a bicycle licensed pursuant to the provisions of this chapter changes his address, the owner shall, within ten (10) days of the time of such change of address, notify the Police Department of the old and new addresses.
