§ 3-2.1605. Obedience to Signs Posted.

It shall be unlawful for any person to cause, allow, permit or suffer any vehicle registered in his name, or operated or controlled by him, to be parked in any off-street parking facility without paying the rate for the use of said lot as established from time to time by resolution of the Council and designated by appropriate markings or signs posted on said lot.
